Capture Challenging Situations

The first step is capturing the situations you find challenging. 

Situations can be real or imagined and can be something from the past, future or present. 

It only takes a few seconds to take note of the situation and any unhelpful automatic thoughts that pop into your head.

Two.
Unmask the Underlying Fears

Once you’ve captured a challenging situation, the next step is to go deeper to uncover the other fears or worries associated with your unhelpful automatic thoughts. There’s no need to do this straight away, the best time is when you have some time to yourself.

 

Cybel’s proven process will help you understand and uncover the core fears and beliefs that sit beneath your unhelpful thoughts.

 

Once you understand your core fears and beliefs you’re well on your way to changing them.

Three.
Implement a New Belief System

Once you’ve uncovered your core fears and beliefs this final step will guide you to choose a new belief system. Usually this is the opposite of your old belief but it’s entirely up to you. 

This process will help you to replace your old unhelpful thoughts with new helpful thoughts.

Soon, when faced with challenging situations, you’ll start to notice your new helpful thoughts appearing in your mind.
